These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About This Business

This website is operated by me as a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia. All sales are made directly by me as an individual artist.

2. Products

All original artworks listed on this site are one-of-a-kind pieces. Photographs and digital images of artworks are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration.

Product descriptions are written honestly and to the best of my knowledge. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact me.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.

Purchases are not made directly through this website. To purchase a work, contact me via email to express your interest. I will send you an invoice, and payment is accepted via bank transfer (direct deposit) or online payment in AUD. Ownership of the artwork does not transfer until payment has been received in full.

4. Orders

By confirming your intent to purchase and paying an invoice, you are entering into an agreement to purchase. I reserve the right to decline an order at any time before payment is received, for example if a work has already been sold or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If payment has already been made and I am unable to fulfil the order, you will receive a full refund promptly.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of payment being received in full. Shipping times thereafter depend on your location and the carrier used. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs delays outside of my control. Please see my Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all works are original, one-of-a-kind artworks, I do not accept change-of-mind returns. All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, is not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will arrange a remedy - repair, replacement, or refund - as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are my own and are protected by Australian copyright law. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, print, or distribute any images from this site without my written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. I reserve the right to restrict access to this website at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
