Dispatch Purchases are not made directly through this website. To buy a work, contact me by email and I will send you an invoice. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of payment being received in full via bank transfer. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Packaging All original artworks are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. All original artworks are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Each piece is wrapped in glassine paper and secured with appropriate protective materials - such as bubble wrap, foam, or rigid board - chosen based on the size, medium, and fragility of the specific artwork.
Domestic (Australia) Shipped via Australia Post / your courier of choice. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
International Shipped via Australia Post International / your courier of choice. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that international delivery times can vary due to customs delays outside of my control. I am not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country on arrival - these are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once dispatched. For international orders, tracking visibility may be limited once the parcel leaves Australia.
Returns & Refunds
Original Artworks — No Change-of-Mind Returns Because every piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read descriptions carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions before purchasing.
Australian Consumer Law Notwithstanding the above, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your artwork arrives damaged, is significantly different from its description, or is otherwise not as represented, please contact me within 7 days of delivery here with:

I will work with you promptly to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for faulty or misdescribed items will be covered by me.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact me here. I will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
